The LEAD team is making solid progress on the Underline design build project. The Underline Phase 2 will add 2.14 miles of improvements running within or parallel to the County’s Metrorail Right-of-Way and include separate paved off-street bicycle and pedestrian paths, landscaping – including over 1,000 new trees and 100,000 new plants -, lighting, street furniture, multiple amenities, wayfinding signage, intersection safety improvements, and pavement markings. The entire LEAD team is delivering another high quality project and is honored to perform this project for the improvement of our community
