LEAD is moving forward on the FDOT District 4 I-95 / Copans Road Interchange Improvements project in Pompano Beach, FL. The bidwell bridge paver is in place, the dry run has been completed and the project team is ready to pour 300 CY to complete the southbound lanes. The improvements under this contract consist of reconstruction, widening, milling and resurfacing, bridge widening, sidewalk, drainage improvements including curb and gutter, shoulder gutter and storm water ponds, pipe desilting, construction of noise walls, retaining walls, pier protection barrier walls, express lane delineators, installation of ITS conduits and equipment, signing and pavement markings, vehicle detection, ITS cameras, lighting, landscaping and interchange modification of on and off ramps along SR 9 (I-95). #transportation #interchanges #infrastructure #southflorida #florida #contractors #bestservice
